To ensure the privacy of our clients, we operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. All new clients must book a consultation so that we can properly assess the treatment area(s) and determine the most appropriate and tailored treatment plan. A non-refundable deposit is required to book your first treatment.
We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen, therefore we require 7 hours notice to make any adjustments.
To ensure the appointments run on time, we ask all clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
Upon initial visit, clients will complete a medical history form, and it is the client’s responsibility to provide the accurate information required. If your medical condition changes, it is your due diligence to notify us to update your medical history form.
